McCain: Roe v. Wade should be overturned

I agree with him. I think women should be able to have an abortion, but I don't think that right is in the Constitution. I think the legality of abortion should be decided by elected state legislatures.

The USSC has ruled on the matter and has stated there is precedence in the Constitution under the issue of Right to Privacy that allows for abortions.
