Who are you gonna import to be the police and judiciary for "pareal"? Martians? Arafat already signed plenty of treaties promising to jail terrorists. He would put them in jail on Thursday and let them out two days later - and at that, only when the pressure was on. I am talking about the habits of real people, you are discussing fictional characters. No, you are discussing the failure of the separate and unequal two state solution. Are the non-Jewish citizens of Israel today all in jail, or are they successful contributors to society? What happened to the 150k Palestinians that Barak nationalized in the late '90's? Are they all in jail for their crimes against society, or are they productive members of society. You see, people (Muslim, Christian, Jew, atheist, whatever!) granted equal rights under the law can be peaceful equal citizens. Muslims in Israel today prove that for Muslims that is true. Any Palestinian leaders that are opposed to it - toss them in jail, export them to Saudi, yeah, they also don't get to participate. They are our enemy and an enemy to peace and the entire planet can unite in opposition to them.
