The whole Plame affair was, of course, based on the carefully orchestrated work unnamed "senior advisors". The trial put a lot of names on the unnamed, and they turned out to be pretty senior indeed, all the way up to the victim in chief Cheney. But that's just a reality-based community thing, I'm sure the fairandbalanced smart set knows better.

The unraveling of W's grand scheme in Iraq would be moderately enjoyable on a purely political level, but the cost is grim and ever growing, so it isn't actually very enjoyable at all. Given the history of W's capital punishment bloodlust in Texas, I'm sure he and his fans got moderate enjoyment out of at least one little recent sideshow, but overall, I don't thing W's enjoying it much anymore either.
