Yes many who gleefully made a killing from the bubble and is locked in at 5% debt today he is sitting pretty. However everybody else isn't, the next generation can't really afford property at even fixed rates under 6%, the bubble puts many markets at a competitive disadvantage for attracting and retaining real business in the future and RE taxes and spending that added revenue is now out of control putting a fork in economic growth. Just a new set of winners and losers IMHO..
