OT to mr. kollmhn, Don't throw out the forms!! In today's version of corporate extortion, the class action lawyers are actually doing sometime for us shareholders. In 2006, I collected over $45,000 cash plus a bunch of DYN shares on various legalized extortion programs. Today a person on my staff is working on the forms for both Adelphia and El Paso. She most recently filed on my behalf the forms on the option pricing scheme -- she had to prepare a CD-ROM to send to the attorneys.
