No, it's because the wealth of private enterprise is not allowed to evade it's public responsibility. The Scandinavians understand the concept of commons.

To the extent that things work in Sweden and Finland its because of the wealth produced by capitalism, not because of public ownership of the means of production.

Things work very well in those countries in part because of their socialism as well as capitalism.
