How soon we forget. McCain has indeed been the greatest supporter of the Bush war strategy - but his pro-life stance has NOT been consistent! Remember when he first ran against Bush and was asked if his daughter was 15 and wanted an abortion?

Mitt doesn't look so hot on those head-to-head pairings....

(It strikes me as a bit unusual for someone so relatively unknown on the national stage to have negative numbers as high as those.... not a good sign for his viability.)
