Ed, I will again refer you to my earlier response. Again, you downplayed it.

Then you said: You can prop up any government of any sect you want in Iraq and the end result will be an antiAmerican, antiIsrael, radical, intolerant and oppressive regime that will be the nightmare of Americans," ...

And again repeated that sentence on your post #219655.....So I
"got it"....so did we all....

There is nothing you want to know, because you are so sure of yourself and that you are correct.

Sooooooooooo. There is no point in arguing further on this issue.

The men and women who have fought in Iraq, for American freedom, as well as Iraqi freedom, are so very brave, and someday, I hope I am still alive to see them and President GWBush vindicated and proven to be correct in their assessment.

Sure, there probably isn't a war that couldn't have been fought better. I don't think any of them are perfectly fought, from all the analysis I've seen on various battles.

George Washington didn't win any battles until the last battle at Yorktown. However, that last battle turned the Revolutionary War into a victory.

But there is one more thing that perhaps is making me less up to the challenge. One, I've been quite busy in the last couple of weeks and that's an understatement. And more important, we have had one close to the family die with Memorial next week, and have two very ill family friends....Both critical. So sorry if I'm not being as clear as I perhaps could....
