Rice is brilliant in academic matters, but on the issue of the Palestinians I believe that for too long the US has looked the other way while Billions were siphoned off into Arafat's account(among others). And now by extension his wife in Paris who receives a pension of $20 Million(?), while the "regular" palestinian lives in poverty....and blames Israel instead of Arafat. And not one person I have ever heard in the arab world criticizes this corruption.
