Fatah & Hamas get a vote in how well anyone's plan works, Elroy. Their plan is to destroy all efforts at cooperation by blowing them up, literally. Then the Pals can whine about how the big bad Israelis keep the Karni crossing closed, impose checkpoints, etc. The 150K that Barak let in turned out to have too many terrorists among them for any Israeli's comfort. Just having a peaceful majority is not enough, if they are sympathetic or intimidated by the terrorists. And we have seen clearly by Arafat's career that the Pals refuse to turn on their leaders even when they are proven failures.
