I would be in favor of doing such things if there was a world community which agreed with it. I don't usually think vigilante action is a good thing. Rarely would I find a situation where I felt vigilante justice did more good than harm.

But I understand your humanitarian concerns. I have them myself, but tend to think stability in the world benefits more of humanity than approving vigilante actions- since those actions would inevitably give rise to similar actions by other countries, which you might not approve of, but then have a difficult time complaining about, due to your own past vigilante actions. That's my major concern.
