I realized this morning when I fished the pork chops out of the freezer just how much meat I have in there. I gotta get busy and eat some of this before I buy another ounce of meat. Between my Food Saver and my freezer, I've become a shopaholic where meat is concerned. My Kroger store marks down "aged" meat and I can't say NO to half priced steak and other choice cuts. BTW, they are closing all but 3 Denver area Albertson's. I don't know where I'll ever get that Bavarian ham you told me about. The closest remaining store to me must be more than 12 miles away, maybe more.
