I love grilled meat too, and love that tenting thing to finish them off. I do broccoli and brussels sprouts with cheese sauce a lot. I do not, however, cook pork tenderloin very often. I guess you could just marinade it in any old thing and grill or do it in the oven some how? I think I'll buy one today and try it. I have a friend who cooks them a lot. She takes the veining off and meticulously prepares them. I actually think they are kind of boring, but it would be a nice change. I make chutney from my pears and love to have that with pork.
