Yeah, and that same rule would keep those idiot boaters off the water...you know, the ones the coast guard is always rescuing cause they got the money to buy the boat but don't pay attention to any of the weather reports or safety notices....

Good idea... there are private companies that offer marine rescue, but they charge a fee, so people call the Coast Guard...
