Sounds totally delicious... and one heckuva lot more work than I'm willing to put into preparing a meal. I'll eat out for that kinda cookin'. I try not to cook anything on my stove top. Cleaning it is horrible and I'm such a neat nut about the kitchen, my stove is never clean enough to suit me, whether I use it or not. Last night I boiled some spaghetti noodles, heating up left over sauce in the microwave. I swear, I wiped that stove top and under each burner, never was happy, and finally gave up on it.

Like eating ribs, ripping meat off the bones. Manly thing. Ooops, gotta watch for women eating in a manly way.

Bone in chops. Brown them, put rice in the dish, add water, seasoning and put the chops on top. Stick in oven and cook until the water is gone. Little butter won't hurt.
