I guess you aren't really in to philosophical concepts.

You could certainly argue that proponents of the idea of natural rights have no empirical proof, or iron clad impossible to refute argument. But you went beyond that an asserted that their are no such rights, moving the burden of proof to you.

To give an analogy to another issue, the agnostic doesn't have to prove anything or accept anything on faith (at least not anything in terms of the existence of God), but the hard-line atheist has nothing to go on but faith (well both the atheist and the believer have arguments, but no absolute logical proof or scientific evidence).
