That's a good question. I don't think Muslim sympathizer is a legitimate term but I will try to deal with what I think you are referring to anyway. The Armenian genocide is historical fact, I don't know what there is to deny but I have seen the argument. This explanation from Wikipedia seems to explain it as a difference in perspective. The Turks called it a civil war. I tend to think there may have been a grain of truth in that since the Armenians were trying to organize a revolution. The conduct of the Ottomans however clearly describes a genocidal effort. Much like some of us prefer to refer to the American and Indian conflicts as a war where as others accurately documented genocidal strategies that were used. There is some truth in both perspectives."The events of 1915 to 1917 are regarded by Armenians and the vast majority of Western historians to have been state-sponsored mass killings, or genocide. Despite overwhelming evidence of genocidal intent, Turkish authorities maintain that the deaths were the result of a civil war coupled with disease and famine, with casualties incurred by both sides. The mass murder of Jews and other's that the Nazis considered unacceptable is also historical fact. Though it was long ago, plenty of corroborating evidence was documented. I can only guess why people deny such things. Even though the facts are there for all to see, some people go over board in both directions. The facts are that the Nazis didn't focus only on Jews, they did the same thing for other populations and there was some collusion in what they did, including alliances with Muslim forces. There is also a tendency for groups that can benefit by exploiting the horrifying events of the holocaust to try to use that to gain political leverage in modern times, which is objectionable. I can't speak for others who deny things but to understand it you might try asking yourself why you deny things from your own cultural heritage while compulsively exploiting the horrific events from other cultures; or why you boast about wanting to see a world wide Muslim genocide while in this death cult group but hide your head in shameful denial when I challenged you on that at the politics for pros thread. Perhaps you are desperately attempting to demonstrate loyalty to whatever group will have you by going to unprincipled extremes, or maybe you have another explanation.
