There is nothing to stop you from righting anything in to law, including constitutional law, but as I already said I was talking about natural rights not legal rights.

The law may have the power to compel people to provide all sorts of things to you, and if the law makers want they can call these things rights, but that has more to do with power (or if they aren't enforced with empty gestures), then actually protecting rights or liberty.
