Why now? Why would Genzyme terminate now? Makes no sense to me. Phase III results are due in the second quarter I believe and, if positive, it would seem this drug is not too far from market. You would think GENZ would wait until AFTER the results to make this kind of decision (assuming the results are negative). Also, GENZ has to cough up $17 million. Anyways, I'm still long DYAX.

I see it started a free fall of 15.7% AH and will probably fall even more. DYAX without the backing and experience of GENZ may drown. If Genzyme's act had nothing to do with DX88, then it was probably an ego issue which I despise. Dew's guess makes more sense though.
I still own some.
