But - you are missing the point - and that being that Saddam would never have allowed any if he knew of them.

It is impossible that in a state as repressive and policed as Iraq under Saddam that he did not know they were there.....

That dog don't hunt. He harbored those men, made terror training facilities available and encouraged homicide bombers....end of story.
