There is no comparison between the two... Olevia wins, that's what I did before I got my 537h and lots of people I talk to where not that impressed with the picture quality of Vizio or any other in the same price range... The one I liked was Sharp Aqua but for twice the price of Olevia 37" I said forget about it, and Now I don't think it's that much Difference (As long it's Setup for Home and not Showroom). Just can't get better for $800. For $200 more You can get the 542i(42"). Either way, can't go wrong.
