How often does this occur in the Islamic world?

Well we don't know, it might not even be mentioned, OTOH here the man will be tried and sentenced. I haven't had the good fortune to deal with the Amish or Hutterites, but in my childhood many of our teachers were Mennonites. At least here in North America, Hutterite or Amish Women can escape if they so choose. There are groups that will help them.

Ummmm, nobody in the Amish community preaches murder. So this being the case, what exactly is the point of your article?

There are many preachers in the ME who teach young and malleable minds that killing people will get you 72 virgins.

The former is an anomaly; the latter is not.
