But simply monitoring the youths before they strap bombs onto themselves doesn't seem like a good option either IMO. Target the preachers of the vitriol, and make it clear that anti-semitic teachings are not permissible. But unfortunately it is all too clear that nobody in the ME will stand up and say that anti-semitic teachings are a bad thing. Example A is the recent holocaust cartoon contest in Tehran.
