My breadmaker had just made the corn bread when Dad told me about the 321 recipe, so it was too hot.

I added the salt for flavor and yeast to help it rise because the beer had to sit a while during the cool down. My wife has complained that the bread recipes are too bland because many of them don't call for salt. So I add a little.

I just use the programmed times in the breadmaker.
