Well, I've said this a few times. A stock can't rise unless it shows prospect of increasing revenue, margin, and profits.
Oh, wait. You asked about WS opinion. Not my opinion. Sorry.

I think WS still views AMD as a processor company. I don't think that anything to do with graphics is relevant to AMD's stock price. In my view of WS view, AMD went from a company making modest profits, to a company that is bleeding cash. No R600, J700, X800, or Z900 will change that.

You don't understand. The integration is proceeding quite well. ATI is getting into the spirit of things, doing things the AMD way, adopting the corporate motto: "Tomorrow is another day".

Actually they are just thinking long term strategically. They are afraid it they manage to put out products for a change, they will rapidly become a monopoly and get in trouble with the justice department.
