Home heating oil is up 8 cents a litre and delivery is not certain, I ordered 500 litres on Wednesday Morning, got it late Thursday afternoon, Gas already up from 82.5 cents a litre to 92.9 is said to be going up another 2.5 cents a litre, and a dollar a litre is said to be possible.

all because they had a fire at one refinery?????? What would have happened if the fire had been serious.
