Yes, I've seen it before. Look at:
stockcharts.com[PA][D][F1!3!1.67!!2!20]&pref=G

You'll see the adjustment made to the resistance line in the most recent column, even though it might appear that the r-line was violated. But the behavior actually depends on the PnF implementation, as I've seen at least one variation on this theme in StockCharts. I once expected an adjustment to the r-line but instead saw that it was broken.
