There is a lot of that. Under Bush, the Republican have been remarkably able to send "one message", repeated over and over. I respect that... great politics. But it's breaking down at this point. One thing about listening to Rush is that he is really connected to the WH. A pure Neo. You listen to Rush and Cheney's voice is echoing in your ears. You know what and how they are thinking. Once in a blue moon I agree with him... scares the hell out of me. I have to reexamine the premise. But bottom line the guy is the king of the straw man... hell he invented it. "The liberals and Democrats think like this and that and this and that (no reality just straw man) so they hate America and want us to lose the war and our economy to tank and everybody to be poor". Makes Ten look like a piker.
