The reason Saddam was ousted out of Kuwait is the dispute over oil and the need to bring money into Iraq after the ruinous Iran-Iraq war.

It's way past time for Israel to fight all of its own battles and take its case to the court of world public opinion and to the UN. It needs to stand on its own merits now and the US needs to get the heck out of the region and off its dependence on ME oil.
