Given his propensity to keep repeating it, over and over again like volume is related to reality. For me, its the name calling that convinced me he's younger than 10. Ten year olds can get pretty imaginative with their name calling. Its the snot nosed 7 year olds who repeat the same bad names over and over, and usually do a lot of giggling while saying them. It fits jlallen to a T. He's probably on his winter break from the 1st grade.
