Why do Muslims worldwide care more about Israel than they do their own Muslim brethren slaughtering each other? I don't want to be the spokesperson for Muslims worldwide, so I'm not going to answer. Ask a Muslim. I will be the spokesperson for humans worldwide (a much larger group), and equality under the law tends to be a good way for diverse people to get along. Turning a multi-cultural, multi-religious region into a Jewish nation is/was unequal, and is/was naturally opposed by the non-Jews in the region. Non-Communist Americans would have objected if American Communists rebelled and declared Maryland the "Commie Homeland in North America" in 1947. And if the Commie Maryland had been able to resist the efforts of the rest of us to bring it back into the fold and gotten support from the Soviets and were today still Commie Maryland inside capitalist America, we would still be objecting to it and trying to bring it back into the capitalist America we know and love. We would NOT accept it - ever. Joe McCarthy probably would have been President!
