Most of the "bishops" in the world calling themselves Orthodox these days have departed from the Church and are in apostasy. What you are talking about here are rules -- the rules which the individual has agreed to abide by. However, you are also saying there is only one correct set of rules, I am saying there are many sets of rules, probably all incorrect, but the individual must be judged by the rules he chooses to abide by and not by anyone else's set.
