it's really not too late....we have a full year-and-a-half before production is scheduled to begin.... btw a buying opp. could develop again if one of the large inst.l holders decides to drop a few million shares on the market, which Ospraie did awhile ago.... but I'd start phasing in some buying now if I didn't have a position, which is what some personal friends are doing....

Lynas has permits to start construction on its rare earths Mt. Weld property in WA, also tax incentives for mill and refinery in Indonesia, which is in the planning stage... LYC is totally out of control. Went as high as $1.1. People are buying the story of clean hybrid motor. What a performance... hybrid cars, + batteries + Ipods + mobile phones + light bulbs + all sorts of gadgets of the future + etc etc etc...
