Earnings out. Good revenue progress, but increased losses. Looking deeper into the numbers, would seem they could fix this business up to make it profitable. Big one time recruiting expense for the CEO and legal expense from outgoing CEO. Negotiate a conversion of the preferred stock which is killing this stock. Stock may drop potentially down to $1.17 or so. As long as it doesn't break this basing pattern, still looking for a breakout above $1.35. Hard to predict in a choppy market. All in all, however, I think this chart looks pretty good. Tom
