Interesting for sure. I did some experiments sort of along those lines in grad school ... not on driving, but time perception and memory. We found that 'virgin' smokers were adversely affected, but experienced ones were not. The other interesting thing was that, among the latter group, they had much more confidence in their performance when straight than stoned, even though there was no significant difference in their scores.
