Given that Christ spoke either in Aramaic or Hebrew, and the earliest versions of the Gospel exist in koine Greek, no, nothing attributed to Christ is in the exact words He used.

Nevertheless, the Sermon on the Mount is one of the fundamental texts of Christianity.
