If you file bankruptcy its basically game over for the players involved and the creditors take over...maybe they can put hector in prison for investor fraud by issuing a ton of debt and screwing over stockholders when AMD had $2.5 billion in cash and could easily survive at 20% market share while innovating and changing their business model...so for creditors to get a $10 billion dollar company for $3.7 billion is crazy...scary isn't it...
