Tell Finns to do a single TV spot. 1999, for the first time in my life, I drove past a pulp and paper mill in Sweden and there was no smell. The technology was modern. In other countries, p&p mills has the stigma of the smell and the pollution. They only will know (if not a old technology shipped to Uruguay) when the factory cranks up. It is not to imply the Cone Sur friends are stupid, it is just they do not know what modernity is. Like Nokia teaches how to buy mobile phones, they need to be taught ho to "buy" a factory in their neighborhood. Next time, send the damn factory to Brazil...
