yeppur. APA 'zgud fer mediating metabolism. keeping the sugar low but not too low.

b12 is a biggie too. didna mention it. makes supple and disaggregates all those pesky dried out and crusty red blood cells. there are so many anti vitamins and so many quick acting carbs, such an overload of polyunsaturates, undeclared trans fats, and protein in the average diet, that we are nowhere near our heritage diet our ancient ancestors thrived on. It would seem in such a metabolically hostile environment that we should seek artifical balance to return to normal.
