Bob, lets hope we are finally seeing the rotation into tech stocks that are at incredible valuations. I believe the gains in the big names, like intc, csco and msft up some 50% last yr or two, was the start...

Here is an interesting chart of sentiment investorhives.com
This post explains it a bit better
investorhives.com
and I'm working on an article for S101 to make it clearer... but for now, the chart is pretty amazing...

For my "core" portfolio.... I also own REITs ... but they've been on a tear and I've been scared to add to my position which is up 70% in a bit over 2 yrs! I had planned to move 1% of assets into REITs each year for five years... but only did the first year because it did 20% in 2005 while the markets were flat to down. I'm too damned cheap to chase... but one analyst I really like said 2.5 yrs ago that real estate (commercial mostly) was like the NASDAQ in 1996... so it could double once or twice from here... I'd be curious to hear your opinion... maybe I should move another 1% of assets from international into REITs.... International has done very well for me also so I don't feel I missed much...
