"New Orleans reelected a corrupt incompetent mayor" I doubt that would have happened if we didn't have an INCOMPETENT President. If Bush had even an "average" intellect or "concern" about people then he would have known the situation required extraordinary measures and ordered them. ALL the unnecessary deaths and suffering could have been avoided and Nagin could never have run on the "us against them" platform. BUSH got that guy reelected. Iraq WAS ravaged by a tyrannical ruler, but after having Bush control their lives for the past 4 years, MILLIONS of them would like to go back to the tyrannical ruler.
