hey... completely off the subject but speaking of grindstones. I ruined a pair of relatively nice, but inexpensive scissors the other day - some I use in the kitchen - I have several pairs in a drawer cause I'm always using them for either food or cardboard or to dig open a package... anyway... I ruined em... and was going to buy new and remembered that I had a hand knife sharpner... it worked like a charm... a perfect grindstone for scissors... jumpin up an down Elmo here... over a simple lil thing!!
