No one needs to have nukes anymore. We have taken ours out and polished the threat of annihilating cities of innocents so often now that you have become overly enamoured by their brilliance ... nukes were only thought to be a deterent to war when we were the only one's holding them.

The idea now, presents a serious barrier to the development of nuclear energy as one of the alternatives to dependencies on fossil fuels. ... not to mention the seriousness of associated threats.
