I'm not sure what research you are talking about as to number of positive articles, etc. From a practical point of view, I don't see why it matters anyway.

Seriously, you don't see why it matters if the MSM coverage of the economy is almost entirely determined by the party of the President in the White House instead of the actual performance of the economy?

Wouldn't you like economic reporting to be accurate?
