I don't see an Arab majority in control of Israel, allowing it to be a "free" diverse state with equality for all.

I wouldn't be using Lebanon as an example anymore since Hezbollah rules Lebanon. Lebanon use to be a tourist attraction until the '75 civil war. You might review what events led to the '75 civil war. Lebanon was a nice place until certain groups of Arabs decided some changes needed to be made...


Admittedly it wouldn't be an easy process, but I think it's worth undertaking. A cosmopolitan Pasreal next to a cosmopolitan Lebanon would be able to crush and kick out Hezbollah, then set a model as the secular Arab block for the remainder of the Arab world. That could be the beginning of the idea of changing the Muslim Arab world from within.
