Here's more about Hickok....I liked the pieces of his letter to his wife Agnes.... adamsmuseumandhouse.org - Shows a picture of his belovedwife, Agnes Lake Hickok... kansasheritage.org -an indepth chronology of James Butler Hickok, which includes some about Clamity Jane, as well as his wife (who I believe lived in St. Louis) She had a traveling circus.... kansasheritage.org He was only 39 when he was killed...
