When there is a safe Lebanon I can visit, then we'll continue the discussion of turning Israel over to the Arab majority.

I think you can visit Lebanon today without much worry. I almost went 2 years ago for a long weekend, then wound up going to Oman instead. But I don't think it's all that dangerous at the moment.

And if all the Pals were nationalized, you'd have pretty close to 50-50 Jews and Muslims. Remember that the Pasreal idea gets implemented over a multi-decade timeframe, so the Arabs wouldn't be a majority of even 50% for a long time.

Eliminating Israel cannot be the first step in cleaning up the middle east of Muslims who kill infidels. As I said, Israel isn't why Muslims are killing Muslims

The Pasreal thing is designed to fix the Israel-Pal problem, nothing more. It's not supposed to clean up the ME. But I think it would create a pretty nice block with multi-cultural Pasreal-Lebanon-Kurdistan as another buffer between the rest of us and the lunatics in Iran and Saudi.

Iran was "cosmopolitan" before 1979 wasn't it?

I think it still is. Lots of Persians, but other ethnicities as well - Kurds, some Jews, others. I don't know if there were a bunch of Christian Iranians that left the country in 1979, if that's what you're thinking of. I think what happened in 1979 is the more moderate Persian Muslims left when the lunatic Persian Muslims took over, but I really have no idea.
