Thanks for the response. So if someone makes a bid for the common less than 5 and doesn't specifically include the warrants, the warrant holders will lose everything. Think I'll stay with the common which is a sure thing.

How high would the offer for the common have to be for it to pay to have the warrants holders convert before the takeover went through?
