Yeah I just learned how to do it myself. Got to Google Labs and the Google Reader. Now I don't have to visit blogs unless the Reader tells me there is a new article.

In the preferences on Blogger which you are using for your blog there is an option under "feed" which allows for feeds. I think you just need to set that option.
