C, this is my understand too. Can't remember the stock but there was an example of this a year or so ago....might have been CBJ??....where the warrants were cancelled.

While it is likely warrants would be included in a deal with the new owner I understand there is no guarantee. Warrants carry vulnerability and this issue is one of them "I understand".

There are times when insiders and players such would like to see warrants expire worthless (less dilution), similar to the options expiry games that are played.
